Shipping
- In order to provide you with the lowest possible shipping cost please allow two to three weeks for delivery once ordered.
- We do not profit in any way from shipping. Keep in mind each cart weighs approx 165lbs. But are easily rolled.
- Please Carefully Read the following about shipping. We are offering these options so you do not have to pay approximately $450 for FedEx to drop it off on your door step. (which can be arranged if you choose)
- IMPORTANT: We offer 4 delivery options as a way to save you money on shipping. The following applies only to Continental USA. Additional fees may apply if shipping near the Mexico or Canada boarder especially if it is a rural area.
- 1) Residential Delivery with Lift Gate-(email for quote) This only requires that one person be at the residence to easily roll your cart from the street to your house. A lift gate simply means that the truck will be equipped with a device to lower your cart to the ground so you will not need two people home to lift it off the truck.
- 2) Residential Delivery-(email for quote) Driver is only required to unstrap your cart and move it to the back of the truck, it will be your responsibility to be there and to lift your cart off the truck and easily roll it into your house. Sometimes the driver will help but understand that it is your responsibility to off load it so it's recommended that two people be there to unload. Note: IF THE DELIVERY TRUCK HAS A LIFTGATE ON IT, AND YOU USE IT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED APPROX $60+.
- 3) Business Delivery- (email for quote) We recommend this option the most mainly because it does not require two people being home during business hours and the hassle of trying to meet up with truck drivers or being home part of the day. Driver is only required to unstrap your cart, it will be your responsibility to have two employees there to lift your cart off the truck and easily roll it into that business for you to pick up later and take home. This is the most popular option because any business whether it be yours, your neighbors, or your hair salon (seriously) the only requirements are that two people be there to lift your cart off the truck, the business to be located in a business district (not someone working out of their house) and for you to have their permission to have it delivered at the business. All the carts (except the 60" long carts) fit easily into the back of all SUVs or trucks. They also fit upside down in any car trunk but not recommended for Fully Refinished carts. Note: IF THE DELIVERY TRUCK HAS A LIFTGATE ON IT, AND YOU USE IT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED APPROX $70+.
- 4) Shipping Terminal Pickup- (email for quote) Driver will deliver it to a local terminal (usually just outside of larger cities). Then it is your responsibility to pick it up (within a few days) however they will usually load it into your vehicle for free. This is a good option IF you live near somewhat of a large city. All the carts except the 60" long carts fit easily into the back of all SUVs or trucks. They can fit upside down in any car trunk but not recommended for Fully Refinished carts.
- We take pride in our refinished carts so allow the full two weeks if purchasing a cart to be refinished (meaning that you are having one refinished and not purchasing one from the Available Carts For Sale page.)
- If purchasing multiple carts or interested in whole sale pricing, contact us via email or phone for more info and to calculate a discounted shipping price.
- We ship to Continental USA (see price options above) (Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship internationally except to Canada. We will be glad to crate and load your cart for international shipping if you are able to book the shipment.
- Pick up is available upon prior request via email and phone.
- Shipments travel via 27 of the largest freight liners in the country.
- Rush delivery is available upon request via email and phone, however, it is very expensive.
